1. Intellectual Property & Anti-Theft Notice

All templates, source code, UI/UX designs, animations, and digital assets on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of GOLDEN GRAFFITI. They are protected under Indian and International copyright conventions.

Any attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security scripts, distribute, or resell our templates will result in:

• Civil damages and permanent injunctions.
• Criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information required to provision your digital invitation and dashboard:

• Account holder name and email address.
• Event details and RSVP data submitted by your guests.
• Payment transaction data (processed securely via highly compliant third-party gateways).

We do not collect unnecessary tracking cookies or sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. License to Use Templates

Upon unlocking a premium template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license. This means:

• The template may be used for one personal wedding or private event.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use the platform for commercial client work or agency purposes without written permission from GOLDEN GRAFFITI.

4. Terms of Service

By generating a digital link or purchasing a template, you agree to the following:

• Product Nature: All products are fully digital. No physical goods will be shipped.
• Delivery: Access to your live URL and dashboard is granted immediately upon successful payment or free-tier link claim.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of the event information and the security of your dashboard account.

5. Strict Refund Policy

Due to the instant, downloadable, and digital nature of our templates, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or downgrades once a template has been unlocked. A refund will only be considered under strict circumstances where a verified technical failure on our servers permanently prevents you from accessing the service, and our team is unable to resolve it.

6. Data Security & Guest Privacy

Your data, and the data of the guests RSVPing to your events, is strictly utilized for the functionality of your invitation. We retain dashboard data only as long as necessary to fulfill the service, comply with financial laws, and prevent fraud. GOLDEN GRAFFITI does not store raw credit card or banking credentials on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

GOLDEN GRAFFITI is not liable for temporary downtimes caused by third-party hosting providers, internet service providers, or payment gateways. We are not responsible for typographical errors entered by the user in the final live invitation. Maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the template.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes—whether domestic or international—arising from the use of this platform or its templates shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bharuch, Gujarat.
